All orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days from our warehouse. If there is a delay we will let you know via email.

Once you place your order and payment has been confirmed you will receive an automatic confirmation email with details of your order.

If there is going to be a delay shipping out your order the 18650batterystore.com.au team will contact you and let you know, delays can happen if your order needs to be ordered in directly from the manufacturer, we will do our best to advise you of the delay time frame, please allow up to 20 days for some specialty products.

Your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed. Please ensure all order details are accurate and complete before submitting your order. If you wish for your order to be delivered to a place of business, please ensure that the business name is included.

We ship all our orders using Australia Post, depending on the value a signature may be required, for larger wholesale orders we may use a courier service.
